Great recommendation from the staff. Wow, strong crispy buttery outer, with a light airy inner. The chantilly cream that came with it added a nice fluffy cloudy note. The cinnamon sugar that was sprinkled all over the croffle gave a rustic sweetness and melt in the mouth effect.
