The owner has fished from a nearby river. We have learned how to tie the trout using a string and then headed to the outdoor smokehouse to smoke our fish in the pitch dark night using a torchlight. The trouts were so fresh that there isn’t any fishy smell nor housefly in the house. Missing the days in Poland! 🇵🇱
