We got our favourite durian snow ice dessert at Ji De Chi again today and we were amazed at how the ice shaving was fine and yet so intricately designed. Ice shaving tasted pretty much like durian and adding to our delight was the ball of durian puree at the side. The QQ balls were the garnish but we loved their chewy texture as well! 😋 The only downside was that Star Vista is not air-conditioned and as a result, the ice shaving melts a lot faster than it should be. So, don't spend too much time chatting and eat the ice shaving quickly!
