Wonderful broth with great depth of flavour and a healthy heaping of meat. Once luxe for its time, the restaurant with its gauche faux French decor and the shopping centre it's located in have obviously seen better times, but the food still draws in the well heeled locals. Obviously this is by far more expensive than your street boat noodles, but I don't mind paying considering the portion, quality and setting.
