The broth was rich and comes with a taste of sweetness and savoury and a hint of XO cognac. You may order fish head or fish meat along with it. The fish slices were separated from the broth. I like the thick and chunky meat with nicely flavoured batter. The thick bee hoon was perfectly executed to QQ texture. It would be 💯 if I have added an extra shot of XO 😋
