The one at Changi Airport does a Treally good one with salted, century and fresh eggs. Its thick, super flavourful and comes with generous amounts of minced meat swirled in. Perfect for the recent rainy weather that we’ve been getting, the fact that they have outlets all around Singapore is an added bonus.
